Shih-Ning Then, Deputy Director of the Australian Centre for Health Law, Queensland University of Technology. Shih-Ning is a socio-legal scholar and a national leader in health law and ethics. She has expertise in international and domestic comparative regulatory analysis in the field of substitute and supported decision making.
