Michelle King, sociologist and lawyer. Michelle does research on decision making and how law works for people who have all kinds of disabilities. Michelle is also an advocate and supporter of her 24 year old daughter who lives with profound intellectual and multiple disabilities.
At the ASID 2023 conference Dr King will present ‘Profound intellectual disability and decision – making: Lived experience from the margins’.
