Mandy Donley, mental health nurse. In her role as the Victorian senior practitioner, Mandy aims to reduce and eliminate the use of restrictive practices in disability services. Mandy trained in a 1000 bed institution in the Northeast of England and has been advocating for least restrictive practice ever since.
At the ASID 2023 conference Ms Donley will present ‘Promoting the reduction and elimination of the use of restrictive practices by providers to the greatest extent possible’.
