Presenter Information

We’re really looking forward to welcoming you as a presenter at the ASID 2026 Conference. To help everything run smoothly, please read the information below carefully.

REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE

All presenters (including co-presenters) need to be registered for the conference.

This helps us collect your contact details and dietary and accessibility requirements, and ensures your details appear correctly in the conference program and app.

During registration, you’ll be asked to:

  • Upload your headshot and short bio
  • Confirm which days you’ll attend of the conference
  • Confirm which social functions you’ll attend
  • Let us know any special or dietary requirements you might have

Register as a Presenter: https://leveragemgmt.eventsair.com/asid2026/presenter

CHECK YOUR DETAILS IN THE EVENT APP

You’ll receive login details for the conference app before the event.

Please review your:

  • Name and organisation
  • Headshot and short bio
  • Presentation title and abstract

Let us know if any updates are needed.  The app will be available to all attendees from Wednesday, 14 October 2026.

 PREPARE YOUR PRESENTATION

You can use PowerPoint slides, videos, or other visuals if you wish — or simply speak without slides.
If you are using slides:

  • There’s no required template
  • Slides should be prepared in 16:9 format (widescreen). If you do not do this, your slides will not fill the entire screen.
  • PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) format only – PDFs will NOT display properly
  • Videos should be embedded where possible or sent separately so the AV team can set them up

If you’re not using slides, our AV team will display a holding slide with your session title and name.

UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION

Please upload your presentation by Sunday, 11 October 2026 using the link below.

Upload your file here: https://www.dropbox.com/request/g5Y33qvl9NSmqCOd9Mjx

Save your file using this format:  ASID2026_DAY_SESSION_Firstname_Surname

Example: ASID2026_Wednesday_28_Jane_Smith.pptx

If you make changes to your slides, or do not upload them prior to the conference, you can bring your presentation on a USB. The AV team will upload your new presentation before your session.

Make sure you visit the AV desk 30 minutes before your session to make sure your slides are uploaded and working properly.
